how do i get this framework template to work?

Post by jeffer »

hello

i wanted to work on a website - none of the templates i found are up for the job so i looked at some easy framework template to start with.

This one to be mmore specific:
bok-cmsms-v1.zip
http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org/index.p ... eturnid=63

This would do exactly what i want...when i add colors and background and banner pictures.
(ofcourse im still not sure if it will work perfect)

But my question would be, Can i please get some tips on how i can install this?
There are some css files and html files in the package...also what seems exported data?

I have worked with easy templates where i can import xml files etc.
i do have experience with cmsms....i just don't have any idea what to when it comes to coded files....

in the readme file included in the package was no explanation, so i'm hoping ons some response so i can get this to work!

Thanks already!

some things seem to work ok...the size is not yet ok.
example: http://undo.jmdr.nl/~jeffer/new/

this is what it says on the theme page:
it is a two column by 5 row (three in the header) layout based on 12 grids (not 24) within a 940px container.

its full screen atm - i would really like to know wich menu it uses aswell, or what would be best.

thanks!

cms made simple files in folder 'cmsms'. they are in plain-text format, not a 'theme'. you need to create the template and stylesheets and paste the contents of the files into them. see template and css comments for instructions and implementation notes.

but then this.

boks saved data (from the AIR app) used to base the cmsms files on is in 'boks data'

there is a folder with more css files and 1html...but where do i put these?

stuck on this at i guess
