FEU Group Loses Properties - ERROR! Urgent Help Required.

Hi,
I was having problems with FEU on a site where the Group was losing it's properties.
SO...
I have just installed a new version of CMSMS including Front End Users. (in subdirectory, new database, new everything)
I have done nothing to the installation except try to add a Group with Properties.
I created a property, created a Group - made the property required and saved.
This worked.

I then added more properties set them to required and optional as required by the client.
Now when I try to look at the Group I get the following error as per the original site:

"Error Could not find properties for the specified group"

ARE there any "reserved" words or characters that should not be used in the Prompt field?
I can only suspect this as a possible cause.

I have DELETED the original group.
Created a NEW GROUP.
Tried to assign the one Property that worked on the First Attempt.

Now I get on any group I try to create: "Error Could not find properties for the specified group"

If somebody can help me resolve this problem, I would appreciate it.
Willing to pay for a 'GURU' to investigate - I need this site working ASAP!
