I've noticed that when doing certain things in the image manager, I often need to reload the current view to see the changes (ie. image manipulation, or manual uploading of files)
The problem with just doing a browser reload is that it just reloads the /imagefiles.php, and doesn't stay in the current subdirectory I happen to be in. I usually end up clicking the folder to go up a level, the clicking back into the subdirectory.
A simple refresh link at the top, or just making the folder name clickable would really ease usability.
BTW, I love the resizing/ rotating/ cropping features. This is worlds apart from some other CMS systems I've tried that require you to do all this before uploading your images to the CMS.
Great job!

Re: Refresh button in the image manager
I think u can right-click refresh but a button would be nice anyway.
