How to set Custom 404 page in CMSMS 1.9

It seems this setting was moved from the Global Settings, and another post suggested to create a new page and set a 404 content type. But there is no such type in my Content picker just: Error Page, Redirect Link, Internal Page Link, Section Header and Seperator.

Without the custom 404 page, the Moved Pages redirect also doesn't work anymore.

Any help who to set the custom 404 page is really appreciated.

Error page = 404 page?

You can create your custom 404 page by creating a new page and select 'error page' as content type

I tried that before and it did not work. But now I figured I need to go back after first submitting the page and now I see the Error Type box with the 404 error selected. After submitting the page, it works.
