Can't find the paragraph on the Smarty Drop down

Hi, I have been trying to figure out how to get the "Paragraph" option to show up on the Format drop down menu where you get Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, 4, 5 etc

Can anyone help me? do I have to activate it on the style sheet?

In your admin panel:

Extensions -> TinyMCE -> Advanced

Look at the section called "Blockformats in dropdown-menu"
