Small module: books archive manager

Hi there,

I would like to create small module, that will help me to arrange some table arranged data.
I could name this as a books stock manager.

I need such fields in the DB (let say, that all of them could be TEXT type fileds)

zespolNr
zespolNazwa
zespolZnak
sygnatura
vol
dzial
lataSkrajneJednostki
tytul
slowaKluczoweRzeczowe
slowaKluczoweImienne
slowaKluczoweGeofraficzne

At present, I have some data in EXCEL. Some I will add when all will be on-line.

I would like to have such possibilities:

1. Possibility to import data from file
2. Possibliity to edit data via Admin Panel
3. Posibility to use dedicated to his data, search form
4. Indexation of General search module of the whole site.

I have no experience in module making Could anyone give me some advice how to achive my goal?

The Catalogue-like module maker can do some of the stuff you want.
