So i have a site running on media temple server. been up and running for 2 years. but from time to time we get issues with some files, we upgrade, and they go away.
I just uploaded the new 1.9.1 and i cant get the upgrade to function at all.
Language and terms, fine.
but on the second screen: PEspade.php?sessiontest=1
i get a blank page. Nothing.
Tried a fresh install, same thing.
Upgrading from 1.8
Any thoughts?

okay in looking into this more, i think this server has been hacked.
PEspade.php is NOT a CMSms file, and actually i found that the htaccess was directing all php, and html traffic through this file.
top of that php file said $iswordpress
So it looks like a PHP wordpress hacker tool. I disabled the file, and the htaccess and all is running again.
