NEWBIE QUES: How to upload pdf and create link to it in a content page?

Post by zla »

What's the best way to upload a content file (pdf) and create a link to it so visitors can view / download the pdf file?

I'm assuming I need to upload it via the File Manager module but I'm not sure what folder structure I should use or other conventions / customary practices.

Thanks.

you have your uploads directory. You can create a folder called pdf or docs, or whatever. If you have many, you can create subfolders any way you want.

Upload them with the file manager, and create the link when you edit the content.
