I'm new and trying to learn

My problem is that the template I've picked out for JOOMLA is an Artisteer template and nobody seems to know how to help me or either they just won't for some reason.  Anyway I'm sticking with my template.  I am looking for some help with UWD_Bluemenmeer template. Have I come to the right place to get help with an Artisteer template?
