Client cannot upload to cms on my site

Hi,

I want to show my client how easy this is to use, however she can't get files to upload from her computer to show up on my website, I have tried to do the same on the demo on opensourcecms and it doesn't work, is this really what happens or am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I have asked her about that but have yet to hear back from here, however she seems to be able to get everything else to work, I've checked and I had permissions set to 755 for uploads and not 777 would this have made any difference to someone accessing it from the outside. I have tried myself to upload to the demo version and have the same problem which makes me think it is down to permissions?
