Hosted Video Albums - thumbnail issue

Installed Hosted Video Albums module with local windows media files.

Everything works well except for the fact that I can't get the thumbnail to show.

The videos I have inbeded work fine, however I would really like to get them to show the thumbnails.  I have followed the instructions, created and associated the thumbnails to the video files however something doesn't work.

Any ideas?
