[solved] CmsMS 1.9 Menu manager levels

do not correct work start_level and number_of_levels
eg:
{menu start_level=2 number_of_levels=1} - return all contents from level 2 and 3

Is a known bug and is fixed in SVN.
Fix will be released with CMSms 1.9.1 soon.
