We made a site for ourselves. How strange! :)

Post by alexbuckland »

So our company has been in this game quite a few years now. Busy all the time, always new work coming through the door. As such, we've never actually had the time to build a site for ourselves! Also couldn't justify paying another dev house to build a site for us.

Anywho, decided to get SOME kind of web presence on the go so knocked this up over a weekend. It will be played with and tweaked as time goes on, but it really is just a presence and way to show people that we are more than willing to eat our own dog food, so to speak :)

Modules used are listed below
Cms Version: 1.8.2

Installed Modules:

CGExtensions: 1.20
CGSimpleSmarty: 1.4.5
Statistics: 1.0.1
FormBuilder: 0.6.4
FrontEndUsers: 1.12.3
ScriptDeploy: 0.8
CompanyDirectory: 1.6.8
JQueryTools: 1.0.9
MysqlDump: 1.2.4
AjaxMadeSimple: 0.3.1
Chat: 0.3.0
SEOTools: 1.0
Twitter: 1.0.1
And last but not least...

in FF3.6.12 for Windows, the navigation tabs don't change, regardless of the page you're on.  Who Are We is always taller than the rest, as though it is the active tab.

Very nice looking site for a weekend's work, though!!!!

Theyre not supposed to change, that just the wonky/funky design.

Thanks for looking though :)

Trying out the old, pop up chat thingy at the moment. See if we can generate any sales from it.

Cool and original design. It´s just a bit difficult to read the grey copy.
Well done.
