error upgrading from 1.8.2 to 1.9 during upgrade.php?sessiontest=1

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Access the db directly with phpmyadmin, or whatever you use and change it there.
