CMSMS Custom Template programmer required

Hi

I have a client project to provide a new CMS and have chosen CMSMS. I am a designer with no PHP and little CSS experience and I need to find someone to partner me with the project. The site will use a standard 2 column grid with news and promo areas on the left and an event listing. The existing site is www.s6f.org.uk and is currently very simplistic. the client likes the main animated banner image and the 3 buttons beside it and want to keep this element, but would like to be able to drop in a new flash animation themselves to this area. the navigation would be horizontal (as is) but with drop down submenus. The site is currently colourcoded and so once the first template was created, it would need duplicating and the other colourways creating. I would supply all gif/jpegs that make up the existing site or recreate.

All other requirements are already covered by the CMS itself. initially I would like an outline quote. the project needs to be live in the next 8 weeks or so and there is no great urgency. i just need to get a quote in asap and find someone good at css with experience of CMSMS that I can trust and work with.
