css isn't picked up inside the admin page

I can't seem to get the preview panel in the content editing window to use css to display the page... It's like looking at a html 1.0 page.

Also the css text styles aren't applied in the FCKeditor window.

Everything else works fine and the site displays perfectly - just not in the preview window. I do have the ellNav horizontal menu loaded.

Any ideas?

I have a similar problem. But it happens a lot of time (not always), both in administration mode and in normal mode. It needs a refresh to show up correctly.

Anyone has any idea?
