Is API documentation on cms made simple website up to date?

Wondering if the API documentation at www.cmsmadesimple.org/apidoc/ is up to date?

Was looking through the news module for fun from 0.1.3 and I noitced a call to 'RegisterRoute'. I tried looking for this in the API documentation and couldn't find it, although the is in class.module.inc.php.

I am aware that I could generate my own API documentation using phpDocumentor but it should be updated on the cms made simple website if it is indeed out of date.
