That right there says it all for me. If this is true and you are willing to stand behind that statement, then yes... the numbers in my (and only my) opinion seem fair. Having gone through a few ecommerce setups and having used some of the ecommerce modules individually I know that there is a lot of work and testing involved to do it right.

You might even be getting a bit of a deal. Without knowing the specifics and only going off of what you gave us... I might have ball parked it higher.

Coldman is right though, you can always go for a second opinion in the Help Wanted section.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.
