CMSMS Newb – FTP Installation trouble

Looking for some advice on the FTP installation. I can’t get past step 7, Index.PHP won’t load. PHP is enabled, I’ve followed the permissions though I’m not entirely convinced its right, everything is enabled on the server. Database is created though not linked...don’t know if that’s an issue but couldn’t find the config file to change it plus the steps don’t say anything aboot it.

Any ideas? Would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your interest Dr.CSS but I managed to sort it, hadn't noticed your post before now.

The issue was in the HTaccess file. For whatever reason it was denying * .php and .cgi.
