New to CMS: Problem in Module downloading

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

There seems to be a few modules now that it is better to get the tar or zip file for them and unpacking it on the server if you can, or on your computer then upload it via FTP then install...

Check it's dependents first as you may need CGExtensions first and this is one of them...
