IE7 issues

[link removed] It seems to be having problems with IE7 displaying the right hand border.

Yeah I know it's really top heavy, Artisteer dumps a huge amount of empty divs in the generated code.
I'm confused why it displays fine in the static page: [link removed]
but when I use the same template in cmsms it stops working...
