How do you change 2nd column heading?

I have chosen the Ell/Nav Horiz/Vert 2 column layout, and need to know how to edit the heading, "2nd content block", in the 2nd column.

in the Layout » Templates » Edit Template: EllNav Horiz/Vert L 2col,,

     


     
     
        2nd content block
        {content block='block1'}
     
     

change that to whatever you want to show up or delete the whole line.
