adriangreen,

Is it not an idea to remove the tooltips that pop up when hovering above a menu? I can't see (in Google Chrome what the first menu option is once fold down is done.
Nifty that shadow on the swann, I first thought there was something with my screen/eyes.
Colors are always trouble some. Why black? Shouldn't dancing be about happy things? Or is this part of the dying swanns dance?

Yeah, WebKit has no hover delay when displaying title attributes.  Semantic value of title attrib outweighs this annoyance as very few of target audience use webkit.

The nifty swan reflection is just a displacement map over some perlin noise.

"Shouldn't dancing be about happy things?"
Bwah ha ha! That's funny.

:)

First impression: clean, simple page.
colors and style are also nice. thumbs up!

But when I start to navigate trough your page....
Each new page gives me a total refresh of the browser, some kind of very short screen flicker.
And I know the problem, it's caused by Flash.
For the very small animation you have, I would consider to remove the flash, you 'll notice the difference.
