Actually the look, template/stylesheets, and content, content of pages/news/etc., of the site are all stored in the DB so if you don't have a backup of that you won't be able to reproduce/move the site...
All the folders hold from last site is the images you may have put in uploads or uploads/images, and any module folders from any module you may have installed before...
