Smarty error: [in template:1 line 4]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'title'

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi,

I just upgraded from 0.9.2 to 0.12.1, and I got the following error when accessing the site.

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in template:1 line 4]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'title' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580) in /usr/local/cmsmadesimple/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

Any tip is appreciated.

I am switching back to 0.9.2  :)
