help required to finish off current project

Hi there,

I have begun doing a site and haev hit a few hurdles and am needign some help from an expert developer who can either carry on from where i haev left off, or start from scratch and do this another way.

ok, so this is the site i am working on: http://my-pet-memorials.com/index.php

please read the attached doc for a detialed brief of what i require.

to view what i have done so far, please look at the Dedications page (summary listing page), and the Add Dedications page (the form page).

i haev used the news and cgfeedback modules together to achieve what i haev thus far, however, there are some layout issues that i am having and have no idea how to get it displayed the way the client wants. the attached brief doc shows the layouts the client wants.

what i need you to do is go through the site and see what i have done so far, compare this to the brief document and let me know:

1. whether it would be better if you created a system from scratch to do this and scrapped all my work, OR
2. whether you could continue from where i have left off.

And then let me know the costs involved with whichever option you decided.

just some further info that may help, the only things i havn't been able to do thus far are:

1. Making a field in the form a required field
2. If it is possible to have a captcha field before submitting the form
3. If it is possible to change the text of the submit button to Publish Memory
4. If it is possible to preview the entered data before submitting
5. The option to add another image, as depicted in the brief, if the user wanted to add another
6. Getting the framed image to tilt
7. Getting the layout of the Detail page to look as is in teh brief
8. Getting the other layouts to look as in the brief

i am in desperate help of getting thsi sorted out asap so feedback on this to me ASAP would be great.

Ps. i have had to break down the docuemnt brief into 2 sepearet documents due to file size uplaod issues on the forum and have only managed to upload one doc now. will upload the secodn doc in a new thread.. but please note that both these docs are part of one brief, with doc1 beign the first part.

one more thign to add to this, i haev another issue. i ahev been strugglign to add a drop down navigation level to this theme. it is the Internet Corporation theme, that i have customsied.

i got a suggestion add the default Horizontal nav stylesheet to my exisitng stylesheet, and i haev applied it to this page:

but as you can see, i didn't get very far customsing it.

can someone please quote me on sorting out the drop down nav for this theme please.
