Being a member of the information team I have been following your postings for a while, and one thing sticks out to me. On one hand you make bold and negative statements about CMS Made Simple as a system, on the other hand you do not follow the forum rules. One of the most important rules is that you clearly state your problem - accompanied by your system information. As you don't do that, we can't judge whether the problem lies within CMS Made Simple or within your hosting environment.

As we know of sites made in CMSMS that have hundreds and hundreds of pages with heavy functionality (like http://www.medtechglobal.com/ ) that run like an angel, to me your problem with only a few pages sounds like a hosting problem. I myself have built many sites with a zillion pages that never gave me any problems. However, unlike you, I will refrain from further assumptions until you show your system information.

However, please note: you have received several warnings from our forum moderators in the past. This is the last and final one. We will no longer tolerate negativity, bashing, emtpy non sensical statements without clear technical descriptions and system information. We appreciate that you try and contribute to our forum, but please follow the rules and be a gentleman.

This is a feature suggestions thread, not a support one. I am assuming that developers are familiar with the problem.

As far as negative statements, then you will need to dig a little deeper. I love CMSMS and have helped many people on the forum. Any negative statements are me trying to help with CMSMS development because I care about CMSMS.

If developers think that I post negative statements, then they need to tell that to me directly. Almost 1000 posts - I doubt that if I just wanted to bash CMSMS I would stop at a much smaller number.

If other developers feel the same about my posts, then let's head to the IRC where I will defend my posts.

With your statement that the page list is not optimized you suggest there is a lack in the functionality. This is a public forum that everyone can read. You make it sound like it's a definite true issue. So yes, even in feature requests, when you state something like this, you need to back it up by some solid technical information. You did not state it as a feature request, you made an accusation and asked a question.

Especially since you have been working with CMSMS for so long, this is something that is surprising coming from someone who profiles himself as an expert. We would expect you to know this by now.

The post you are referring to does not contain any technical info to back up your request "optimize (by a LOT) tree manager memory usage" either.

To put this in your perspective: how would you respond if a customer comes to you about a problem with a site you made and just says: "IT doesn't work..."
