Orders + Cart - Shipping calculations

Hi,

I currently have a site set with just 1 flat rate shipping cost of £7.95. What I would like to do is have some automatic variation based on weight and/or destination.

If the order total is less than 4kg in weight, reduce the shipping cost by £4.

All orders will be from within the UK, but the courier adds a surcharge for delivery if it is going to remote areas, outside the mainland (Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Western Isles, etc.), which is based on the postcode of the delivery address. So, for example, if the post code starts PH40 or IV then there will be a surcharge.

Are there any existing modules that can do either or both of those things (I don't think Destination or Price Based Shipping modules can do it).

If not, I would be willing to look at paying for Calguy to do this. Is there anyone else who would be interested in this functionality that would be willing to contribute to the cost?

I'm strugling with it ... No Taxes or shipping works
