How to get root folder ?

Hello. Very often I have problem and I can't go to file in my uploads folder for example, because I don't know where is file of my page or template. So how can I go to the root folder ? I search construction like .

I wanted to install http://www.premiumbeat.com on my site, but in this player '*.mp3' file must be in the same folder as my page. What to do to it works ?


Maybe You know better mp3 player good to implement in Made Simple ?
