Exporting News

I want to export all the news articles, including the HTML, so that I can import it into Wordpress. How would I do this?

i think the only thing you could do is export the news table
in your PhpMyAdmin can you export the data from the news table to a CSV , SQL or XML file
this can you import in your wordpress prog

but why should you use wordpress if you can have CMSMS  ;D
