Trying to install v. 1.8.2 -- loops at Checksum without giving an error

I'm stuck at Step 1. I upload the right checksum file, but it just loops me through the language selection. Doesn't give an error.

Maybe not the right advice, but just skip the checksum - it will get you through the install at least.  Or, download the package again, perhaps a file was corrupted in transit. That can happen if you are using FTP to get files to your server.  If possible, upload the install package and extract the file contents on the server.
