how to upgrade to v1.8.2 from v1.7.1

I'm currently using cmsms1.7.1, how do i upgrade to 1.8.2?

normally there is a "diif", but 1.7.1 to 1.8 there is no diff, which should i download?

Nearly, you have to install 1.8 and 1.8.1 first
