Cannot install theme

Cannot install theme

I keep getting
  "Problem saving the files encoded in the theme."
when I install "Opposed theme"
(http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org/index.p ... eturnid=63)

This is an XML file so I try to install it with the Theme Manager.

What version of CMSMS? I'm running 1.8 and it installed just fine...
