Drop down menus on mac.

I have two website.  One a live website runing 1.8.2 and a test website runing 1.7.  On my test website(1.7) the drop down menu works on the iphone or ipad, but doesn't work on the live site(1.8.2).  I have exported the themes both ways and imported it into the oppisite site and it still doesn't work on the live site.

I am using the following menu template.  cssmenu.tpl

Any ides?
