Help needed for product review website

Hello,

I need some ideas of cost on how to build the following website.

I have been making an attempt myself but other design work has come in I need to focuss on.

The website will be a product review website.

Products need to be added by the website owner with an option on the frontend of the website for visitors to add products along with a review of the product. We need to prevent duplicate products from being entered. I have been using Product Manager, I was told that it is possible to create a frontend submission using formbuilder, see forum post http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... #msg220450

Visitors will need to register to leave a review of a product. On each detailed product page a link to ‘add a review’ is needed, the visitor will then be asked to log in or register. Once logged in the visitor can leave a review. An email is sent to the website moderator to tell them a review has been added. They check the review and publish it to the website.

Self registration is needed.

'A search products' page is also required based on all the product criteria.

No design is required, I will do that.
