News form template and TinyMCE?

Hi,
CMSMS 1.8.1
I have created a form template in the News module. The plan is to let front end users add News items.

When I test the form there are 'Turn WYSIWYG on/off' checkboxes but No WYSISWYG editor is displayed.

Can someone explain how to get TinyMCE to show in the TextArea fields please.

May be a setting in tiny admin for that...

In menu Site Admin » Global Settings you find an option "Frontend wysiwyg" that is probably set to "none"

I've set Front end wysiwyg to TinyMCE in Global Settings - still no editor showing up on the form. I wish it was that simple
