why can't I add more than 140 rows in a table?
I have a table in the main body of my website, it has 5 columns and works fine until I get to about 140 rows, it then won't take any more. It looks as if it is adding the extra rows when in entry mode but once uploaded it sticks at the 140 limit and it also messes up the footer. I am a newbie and didn't create either the template or the style sheet used. I have tried increasing the table length in the table properties to no avail. Can anyone help please?

Re: why can't I add more than 140 rows in a table?
Tks Rolph, I have now tried that but didn't work. When I reach the limit the bottom banner moves to the top of the main screen and several rows of the table are deleted. Any more ideas please?

Do you mean in your website?digiman100 wrote: When I reach the limit the bottom banner moves to the top of the main screen and several rows of the table are deleted.
Perhaps your layout can't be larger then 140 lines. Some maximum height set somewhere in the stylesheet??

Can you post a link to the site, so we can see what's happening?

If you are talking about layout maybe you should consider using more standards compliant layout using div's etc...
