Build UDT (PHP Script) to bridge a CGBlog post into CGCalendar

Hi,

We need the ability to pull a CGBlog post into CGCalendar automatically when a post is submitted.  My thought is to have a user defined field in the add/edit article screen for an 'Event Date' and run an UDT using CMSMS Event Manager to query the blog tables and import information into the calendar tables.
