[SOLVED] problems with new language

good day!

i added new language to cms , but when i want to edit page in this langauge i do not see formatting toolbox .  i have the toolbox in all other languages.

as i understand this is TinyCME prolem. what am i missing?

Yes, it's a TinyMCE problem.
Own languages are in TinyMCE/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/langs
