It's clean and easy on the eyes, so points there, but from an accessibility standpoint, I have to take some points away because the layout is not liquid, and some text gets hidden or strays outside its background when the text is scaled up.

Not everybody can read the little tiny grey text that is so common now.  Lots of people need to scale it up, and use some plug-in to provide more contrast.  Liquid layouts help there.
