User defined tags not working in titles

I made an UDT but it doesn't work in titles and headers

It works fine where it says Version over9000(UDT) but in titles it's raw code.

How do I fix this?

Sorry but without knowing how the relevant part in your template looks like (and all the other relevant info about CMS version and maybe about your UDT etc.) this is kind of a riddle to me.

e.g. just the head section of your template.
