question about global content blocks

question about global content blocks

Hi. I'm running CMS Made Simple 1.7.1 I'm using PHP 5.2, and MySQL 5.1. This is all working with Apache running on Ubuntu.

What is a best practice for exporting a crap load of global content blocks from my localhost to a live web host server without rewriting them over again.
