MENU Manager change CSS Active Link Image.

Post by scottietom »

Hi There, Ive had a look around the forums but can't seem to fix my issue. I have currently got an effective navigation using drop downs. I have individual classes for each of my navigation links and the colour changes depending on which navigation element is rolled over. However how can I change the image button background on my navigation link when "Active" for multiple classes? E.g. I want a different background image to be displayed when link1 is selected opposed to link 2.

I am using menu manager and wondered if there is anyway of getting round this in that? Sorry if my explanation seems a little bit vague. But really dont know how to explain it any better.

Hope someone can help.

You should be able to handle that with HTML and CSS... The menu manager does not have anything to do with it besides serve the menu in its template.

You can add a second class to the active elements and do the proper modifications in your CSS. Do you have a version of that menu hosted? It would be easier to understand what you are trying to do exactly, or explain with a 3 link exemple maybe.
