Ballots - Cannot create

Hi,

I am currently trying to get the ballots module to work but have hit a snag. I have set up users, groups etc through the Front End Users but when I go to the ballots I can't see any way to add a ballot?

Maybe I have picked this up wrong but I thought I would be able to set up a ballot from the admin area then users at the front end would be able to simply register/login and vote? I don't want users at the front end to be able to create ballots justsimply vote on the one I have set up.

I tried logging in (on the front end) to see if I could only set one up that way but I cannot get it to log me in either as I have atemp index.html page up and it's redirecting to that despite me setting my redirection page to the alias of another page.

I've checked all my user permissions and as far as I can tell they are all correct (I'm an admin user)

Can anyone help or point me to any documentation as I can't seem to find anything when I do a search.

Actually, am logged in now but still can't see anything ballot related in the page despite using {Ballots} in it.
