Fatal error: Undefined class name 'moduleoperations' in /home/user/public_html/include.php on line 218

Please help me guys.
I gave all permissions properly as instructed in Install file.
uploads
uploads/images
tmp
tmp/template_c
All with 777

What could be wrong. Why is there a problem with that include.php.
I tried the same dump using netfirms and dreamhost. Netfirms worked fine and dreamhost suck so moved to different host now.

Sounds like lib/classes/class.module.inc.php didn't get uploaded properly.  Please retry sending it to your host.

I have had similar error.. redumped everything and installed and it worked fine. But when i logged into my admin area.. but the pages inside looks white without header, footer and all the menu on top are showing like tree view on leftside... Is this again a problem with installation?
