How do I add news article title to form

I'm using News to add jobs to a site and I want to have a form on each article page for people to apply for the job. In order to be able to match applications that are submitted (by the form to an email address), to the job on the site I hope to have the news article title used as the Subject in the email. I've searched the forums and tried any examples that look like the might suit what I'm trying to do but I can't seem to get them to work.

Essentially what I'm trying to do is add the news article title to the contact form. Thanks in advance for any help/advise.

If you have the contactform at each detailed newsarticle this could help (so you can use the title for title and mail-subject in the news

Thanks owr_web. I got the each news title to appear at the top of the each news detail page. I still don't know how to get the news title to be the subject in a form sent from news detail page. I've search the forum and tried every suggestion I found but no luck. Excuse my stupidity but surely it should be this hard! Again any advice is really appreciated.
