Theme name change on import

Theme name change on import

Hi
Is it possible to import a theme without the preceding 'theme : ' being added to the name?

When using the theme manager to export a theme, it either names it theme.xml or some_name_ichoose.xml
When i import the theme to another installation, the theme is renamed 'theme : theme' or 'some_name_ichoose : some_name_ichoose'

The reason i ask is i want to keep the theme orders consistent across multiple installations.
