Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Installation breaks - no rights to write config.php.
In your package is no config.php.
So under Linux you must change the rights of the complete installation-root or you create a blank config.php and change the rights only for this file.

You must deliver a blank config.php
