Neat tool for creating base html/css layouts and a new basic theme uploaded

it's an adobe air app, and i've never seen one of those before.. time to put that dang bundleware adobe put on my computer to use, so i gave 'er a whirl....

i took what i got out of it and ended up making a basic template/css for cms made simple. no graphics, no menu or text styles except a few lines (on top of the base blueprint css) to get the cmsms output on the page.

people have begged for more easy-to-customize base themes... so here ya go, have fun.

some smarty logic has been included as examples of some simple things smarty can do:

 o choose location of sidebar, left or right side on a per-page basis from the same template
 o omit sidebar completely, extending main content the full width of the layout, also per-page.
 o insert {title} into content block only if it does not begin with a div or heading tag

it's called "bok" because that's what i named the file when i saved the layout out of Boks (the air app).

it's based on the blueprint css framework - http://wiki.github.com/joshuaclayton/blueprint-css/  
and the starting html/css was generated by boks - http://toki-woki.net/p/Boks/
