Pagealias change every time page is edited

I have a problem with the pagealias for every page on my website.

I changed some of the pages pagealias to a specific name. I use this for some function call and UDT.

Every time i edit a page the pagealias is changed to what ever the title of the page is.

E.g.
Have a page with title "Information" and the pagealias I defined to "Information_something".
When I edit the page, the pagealias is changed to "information"

A litle twist to the problem is, when I do it as admin there are no problem. But when logged in as different
user that do not have permission "Modify Site Preferences" this problem occur.

I would like to keep the custom pagealias, but do not want to give "Modify Site Preferences" to all.


I run CMS 1.7.1 with php 5.3.2.

This issue is fixed in SVN, and will be shipped with upcoming 1.8.
